Smoothies and Juices

Got over 120 recipes in this book (Smoothies and Juices edited by Clare Haworth-Maden) and I plan to make a drink every day.

Today: Pink Pineapple
Quarter of a pineapple
1 orange (a blood orange will add an even deeper color)
5 oz strawberries.

Put all in a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

Some nutritional value: Vitamins A, B complex, B6, potassium.

I like this drink. Glad I started with something sweet.

If I could...

... design a man, he will be 6'5" tall. Weigh about 200lbs. A leftie. Can sketch/draw anything. He will have a great job. Be wonderful with a camera. Speak only when spoken to, not a class clown. Great listener. Be respectful. A big family to him, will be terrific. Above all, he will have a great set of teeth.
